Great place, the fact its really interconnected with the spa is just amazing. The all inclusive dont include all alcohol, just bier (dont drink) and wine. I would not mind to pay a bit more and have also at least coctails (for example with limit per person). Overall hotel is ok, its visible its not new anymore and some small fixes in the rooms would be nice. But nothing serious. Very good noise cancelation in the rooms. Plus is the kids corner as well as possibility to have pets staying with you in the hotel.

Breakfast was good and plenty. In general there was food all the time. Hotel is directly linked to the spa. Soups were quite good. In general the food was ok. Our room was clean. For us a non all-inclusive option would be better, because the food was just too much, and I rather buy two drinks and get a better service than having argues with the staff in the restaurant to get an all-inclusive beer/wine.

The hotel is well connected to the spa and water park. They answered all our questions in advance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Considering the larger number of rooms and clients, very good level of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drinks on offer. We appreciate that the entrance fee to the spa and water park is already included and we do not have to deal with anything on site.

Very good food from breakfast to dinner but after few days you consider that it is still same taste, same structure, same everything. Only fries snacks with some small bakery. I appreciate a lot of fruits served within the day. Generally, food fully coresponds with the hotel concept. It is a factory on hapiness for the ordinary people.

Very nice place, in calm part of the town. Good high-way road to Hungary, from Czech Republic through Slovakia. Very pleasure people in servises there and a tasty food through all the days=) the "All inclusived" is the best! In the last day we hurried back to CR, lieved the hotel in the early morning, Employees were so pleasure and gave to us travelling bags with breakfasts. Very tasty morning for our family! 😋

- food was fantastic all day (all incl), also for kids (afternoon/ evening snacks) - spacious and cosy room with great balcony - areas for kids close to bar and lounge at several places in the hotel - very good base also for smallest kids in thermal pools (kitchen, rest room, Kid´s Lapidarium...), well clean and dry - walking distance to thermal pools in bathrobes and flip flops - parking for free around hotel

Price performance ratio, this was main reason of our choice. Everything was in order, pleasant service, clean room and excellent cuisine. Our stay was too short to check area around, so we just enjoyed spa etertainment.

All inclusive, excellent service, variety of food and drink, exceptional location with any time entrance to spa. It is highly recommended. Breakfast, lunch and dinner make you smilling the rest of the hole day. Different meals, cuisine for vegetarians and meat-eaters, soup, salads, sweets...but carefully with regard to dietary issue :-)
